AIM to AID Art Initiative

Volunteers will create a piece of artwork showcasing a shared connection with an immigrant, who may be themselves. Volunteer hours will be given for efforts in the artwork. The final artwork is due on February 24th, 2023, and will be showcased in an online gallery.

About the event
You will be creating a piece of artwork showcasing a personal connection shared between you and an immigrant, which could include yourself. This could include struggles, culture, lifestyle, etc. On this form, you will submit a paper sketch of your idea to be approved for your final artwork, which will be due on December 20th, 2023.
Your art sketch must include:
- non-vulgar imagery
- greater than or equal to 11"x14"
- canvas
- follow the central theme
- include name, date, and chosen media (preferably acrylic paint or collage)
The final artwork is due on February 24th, 2023, and will be showcased in an online gallery.
Volunteer hours will be given based on the quality of the art, the effort put in, and overall adherence to the theme, but will likely range from 3-18 hours.
